On 12th September our Service Director, Alex Flowers, will be taking part in a half marathon on behalf of Mind.
Alex is completing the half marathon to raise awareness for those battling mental health issues, and the brilliant work that Mind do to support them.
Mind give those battling mental health issues a voice to represent them, whilst also providing advice to those struggling with debt, and also delivering training to individuals and businesses on mental health, wellbeing and how to lead mentally healthy lives.
BJB Lift Trucks are very passionate about the topic of mental health and wellbeing, and in recent months have introduced an employee health and wellbeing program to guarantee that our employees receive the help and support that they require for both their work and home lives.
All money raised from donations will go directly to the charity Mind, to help make a positive difference to the mental health and wellbeing of individuals throughout the UK.
