Mobile Service Engineers
BJB Lift Trucks comprises of a team of multi-skilled mobile service engineers who are equipped and ready to respond to customer service requests at short notice.
This highly mobile team looks after the service, repair and planned maintenance for our wide-spread customer base. Covering customer sites from Fort William down to Penzanace, we can provide intelligent materials handling solutions – wherever you are!
With a 24-hour call out facility, our clients have peace of mind that we are taking care of their forklift trucks, access equipment, cleaning equipment and mobile plant around the clock.
We pride ourselves on having the right engineer in the right place at the right time and, where possible, we strive to provide a first time fix for the customer.
Our engineers receive regular training on the equipment they are required to maintain. This training includes Health & Safety issues, Thorough Examination inspections, contractor safety passports and food hygiene certification. This continuous professional development ensures our customers benefit from engineers who can work safely and methodically on any job presented to them.
Maintenance Packages
As part of our intelligent materials handling solutions, we offer our customers a wide range of contract, planned and preventative maintenance packages.
